Where as I may not have followed the rules, I’m quite proud of myself with this and still wanted to share. I’ve tagged the artist in the second slide. I love a good #dtiyschallenge .

I made an incense holder with some polymer clay, but it turned out a little off centered. I still liked it that I decided I draw it too. Sometimes you can’t get an idea out enough in different ways. ☺️

After a long hiatus, I'm back and trying a new approach with my art. I'm still in my #a24 phase. I've been doing a lot of catching up on VPR and drawing the May Queen this month, and this is my progress. More coming soon!

I’ve been drawing this for a while and I can’t seem to finish it. So I decided to share it before I never do. This is one of my top 2022 movies and Joy was a fantastic character. I recommend everyone see Everything Everywhere All at Once. “If Nothing Matters, Then All The Pain And Guilt You Feel For Making Nothing Of Your Life Goes Away – Sucked Into A Bagel”

I made some flash art inspired by Stranger Things the other day. I’m unapologetically obsessed with this last season.

This particular card took all the procrastination I had, to finish and post. I dove deep into the symbolism behind the Devil and Lilith and so much more behind the history of Tarot. Sorry for the long delay but I’m officially finished and ready to share this piece with you.

The Devil gets a very bad rep when it shows up in a reading, but it’s not nearly as terrifying as it looks. It represents living in fear, becoming obsessed or lost to materialistic things, being distracted with temptation.

When this appears upright it means Enslavement, fear, being involved in a bad relationship [non-romantic included], or being tied down to your commitments.

When reversed it means that you’re breaking from your addictions, freedom from your metaphorical ties, to become unchained to those who want to bring you down.

So, yeah, not terrible, but indeed a good warning to be aware of.
