POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

PT 1 - I took a risk on this idea I had in a class, took a gap semester from college. Got a whole lot of questions and odd looks about that haha. I put every dollar I made during that gap semester into this films creation and even despite the no’s… We did it!!! Diner at Dawn in every way you could possibly think of…was not supposed to happen. I tear up as I write this for this has been the truest labor of love. So many stories and so many people to thank but the first people I must thank is my family, Amaria Holmes, Jada Wilder and Teddy! Without my parents support throughout that gap semester, those dark days would have swallowed me whole. My younger brother, who was one of the monsters in the film, doesn’t even act! Yet he agreed to be hit in the head with a plastic bottle of resin for this film?! Without you we couldn’t have completed the film, sincerely thank you cam.
Amaria, my producer and friend, you are truly incredible. Your determination and grit is outmatched. You are the best producer everrrr. Thank you for believing in this film. Jada, my production designer/UPM and friend, the diner would not eat so hard visually without your excellent artistic eye. Thank you for scouring the earth with Amaria to look for locations. And living and breathing this film with me for months. I am so fortunate to be your friend and colleague! Lastly, Teddy!!! Our incredible editor! You pieced the puzzle together and gave this film a new lease of life that I couldn’t have thought possible! You are absolutely brilliant at what you do and a delight to work with! I am so privileged and fortunate to have been able to collaborate with you! Thank you for taking a chance on a novice haha!
Thank you to our donors!!! You truly have no idea what it meant to me. With the way the world is you could have put your money anywhere but you decided to donate to my film?!?! God I am so lucky to have your support! Thank you endlessly!! To my crew!!! I truly appreciate you all believing in this film and the story! Your attitudes on set were delightful and you made this film possible. Diner at Dawn is as much my film as it is yours! Thank you thank you! PICS BY LOVELY @madi.hartzell by @uhm.milly

This is my film Taste of You! A visual adaption of one of @tatyanarose3 award winning poem’s!

A film is not anything without the people who make it happen with you, who create with you, who believe in you. Thus I couldn’t have done it without my incredible cast and crew!
Thank you to my incredible actors @tatyanarose3 and @hash_brownie_ ! You both are exceptional and it was a privilege to work with you both! Thank you to my incredible crew @zuzufarrington and @oliviaoberst , you rallying and just jumping in to help wherever you could greatly effected the trajectory of the shoot! thank you to @mayae.pstein for finishing the edit when I couldn’t and breathing life into moments of this film in a way I didn’t see! to @jadajahnee for helping me on a few technical sound elements! And to Caleb Cox for his brilliant score!! This film was extremely elevated with the elegant music he created! Thank you to Richmond Bar and Grill for allowing us to film at your magnificent location!
Lastly thank you to my family for relentlessly supporting me!
I hope you all enjoy! (A better quality version will be uploaded on my website) by @uhm.milly

This cast and crew orchestrated the best experience I’ve had on set! Their professionalism, initiative, and positive energy has set the standard for what a great on set experience is. They have inspired me to be better and it was only a two day shoot haha! Thank you for everything guys! This past weekend was truly memorable!
