✨UIC Kinesiology and Nutrition faculty member @jaimetribo competed on @theamazingrace alongside her brother. This was an experience that pushed her outside of her comfort zone and taught her to trust herself and keep moving forward.

Today, Jaime brings these same lessons into the classroom as an instructor for HN330: Quantity Food Production and HN332: Food Service Management, helping future dietitians build confidence in leadership, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability!

Let’s cheer on Jaime through this AMAZING journey!

☕️Coffee, snacks, and conversation with the classmates, faculty and staff who make #UICAHS a community.

At last week's Coffee Talk, #UICKN students met new friends, caught up with classmates and chatted with the people who teach and support them in the Physical Education Building, hosted by the Academic Support and Achievement Program, a student hub and tutoring center serving undergraduate students. No agenda, just a chance to connect.
