Iโ€™ve put together a complete Claude setup to help you build a Design System, and Iโ€™m sharing the entire process in this carousel.

As designers, we need to move beyond simply experimenting with AI and start understanding how to integrate it into our actual workflows.

My advice? Donโ€™t just ask AI to generate designs. Learn how to give it the right context, establish clear rules, and use it to support your design decisions.

Thatโ€™s where the real value lies.

Iโ€™ve broken down the setup step by step, so swipe through and follow along.

Save this for your next Design System setup.

A UI designerโ€™s career isnโ€™t just about getting better at Figma or creating visually appealing interfaces.

Itโ€™s about how your design skills, decision-making, and responsibilities evolve over time.

As you progress, the focus shifts:

Junior: Build strong fundamentals

Mid-level: Refine your craft and handle complex interactions.

Senior: Think beyond individual screens.

Lead / Principal: Influence design direction, mentor others, and solve problems .

Director / Executive: Connect design with business strategy, build strong teams of an organization.

But hereโ€™s something worth remembering: career growth isnโ€™t just about moving up the ladder. Itโ€™s about expanding the value you bring to the team and the product.

You donโ€™t need to become a manager to become an exceptional designer.

Deep craft, strategic thinking, and leadership are different ways to grow.
Iโ€™ve mapped out the key skills and responsibilities across these career stages in this breakdown.

Save this as a reference for your UI design career, and tell me: which stage are you working toward next?

Over the years, Iโ€™ve noticed one mistake designers make quite often:

A wireframe isnโ€™t supposed to impress anyone.

Itโ€™s supposed to help you think.
Before moving from wireframe โ†’ visual design, I always recommend asking:

โ†’ Does the layout follow the userโ€™s natural flow?
Is the most important information easy to find?
Are the actions clear and properly prioritized?
Does every element serve a purpose?
Is the experience solving a real user problem?
Can users complete their task without unnecessary steps?

The real design work starts when you decide what belongs on the screen, why it belongs there, and how it helps the user move forward.

๐“๐ก๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ: the thinking that happens before the final interface takes shape.

Letโ€™s design it right, starting from the wireframe.

Thereโ€™s no denying it, AI is advancing fast, and as designers, we need to keep up.

But keeping up with AI doesnโ€™t mean depending on it for everything.

The real danger starts when we let AI replace the fundamentals we were supposed to learn: research, visual hierarchy, UX thinking, context, taste, and judgment.

Because when you stop thinking and start accepting whatever AI gives you, you donโ€™t become a better designer.
You create AI slop.

Thatโ€™s why I made this comparison.

AI can be faster.
AI can generate more options.
AI can help you explore ideas you might not have considered.

But human judgment is still the differentiator.

Knowing why something works.
Knowing when something feels wrong.
Understanding the user, the business, and the context.
And knowing when not to use the output AI gives you.

Use AI as a tool.
Donโ€™t let it become your design brain.

Because the designers who survive the AI shift wonโ€™t necessarily be the ones who use AI the most.

Theyโ€™ll be the ones who know how to think without it.

Iโ€™ve faced this problem more times than I can count.

You can spend hours designing a website, refining every section, fixing the spacing, and making sure everything looks right only to find that the actual website still feels slow.

And sometimes, the problem isnโ€™t the design at all.

Things happening behind the interface can have a major impact on how quickly and smoothly a website performs.

So Iโ€™ve put together 7 common mistakes that can slow down a website in this carousel.

Some are basic. Some are easy to overlook. And surprisingly, theyโ€™re also some of the most commonly missed.

Swipe through the carousel and let me know: ๐Ÿ‘‡

And if you want to know how to fix these issues, comment โ€œFIXโ€ below. Iโ€™ll send you the guide.

A landing page has one clear job: get visitors to understand the offer, trust it, and take the next step.

But small design decisions can easily get in the way โ€” unclear messaging, weak hierarchy, distracting layouts, confusing CTAs, or simply asking too much from the visitor.

Iโ€™ve put together this infographic covering some of the common landing page mistakes designers make, along with a bonus one thatโ€™s easy to overlook: Misalignment of ad copy.

If the message that brought someone to the page doesnโ€™t match what they see after clicking, youโ€™ve already created friction in the experience.

Take a look through the infographic โ†’ How many of these mistakes have you seen in landing pages?

Save it as a quick reference for your next landing page project.

A homepage and service page can look similar, use the same visual language, and even talk about the same service.

But they shouldn't do the same job.

The homepage gives visitors the bigger picture like who you are, what you offer, why they should trust you, and where they can go next.

The service page goes deeper.
It focuses on one specific service, explains the value, shows how the process works, builds relevant proof, handles objections, and gives visitors a clearer path toward taking action.

That difference matters for CRO.

Iโ€™ve put both experiences side by side so you can see how the content hierarchy and user journey change when the goal shifts from exploring the business to evaluating a specific service.

Take a closer look and comment down below โ†’ which difference do you think matters most? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Not every paid tool needs to become part of your workflow.

From experience, I can confidently say that paying for a tool doesnโ€™t always mean getting more value. What matters is whether you actually need it and whether it makes your work easier.

Thatโ€™s why I put together this carousel with 8 commonly used paid tools and free alternatives worth knowing.

Some free alternatives can cover your everyday needs surprisingly well.

Others are worth paying for when you need more advanced features, speed, collaboration, or scale.

The goal isnโ€™t to avoid paid tools.
Itโ€™s to know when paying actually makes sense.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Swipe through the carousel to compare all 8 tools and their free alternatives. You might find a tool you can replace today or discover one thatโ€™s actually worth adding to your workflow.

Letโ€™s find out why!

A service page has one important job: help visitors understand what you offer and decide whether itโ€™s right for them.

Yet many service pages make that decision harder.
The service is buried under too much copy.
The value isnโ€™t clear.
Thereโ€™s no proof to build confidence.
And the CTA appears without giving visitors enough reason to take action.

Thatโ€™s why the structure matters just as much as the visual design.

Iโ€™ve put together this guide to show the key sections I consider when designing a service page. The exact structure can change depending on the service, audience, and business model.

At @seativedigital , we approach website design with that thinking in mind โ€” every section should have a reason to exist and every interaction should move the visitor closer to a decision.

Save this structure for your next website project as youโ€™ll need it in the future.

A good designer doesnโ€™t rely only on inspiration, you need reliable places to research, learn, validate ideas, and keep your thinking sharp.

Over the years, Iโ€™ve found that having the right UX resources within reach can save hours of unnecessary searching and, more importantly, help you make better design decisions.

So I put together 7 UX websites worth keeping in your bookmarks โ€” whether youโ€™re researching a problem, looking for references, learning UX principles, or simply trying to improve your design thinking.

You might find a resource youโ€™ve never used before.

And donโ€™t just bookmark everything. Pick the ones that actually support the way you work and make them part of your design process.

Save this for the next time youโ€™re stuck looking for a reliable UX resource.

B2B homepage structure is often misunderstood.

A lot of agency websites try to communicate everything at once like services, capabilities, industries, features and whatnot.

The result? Users leave unguided.
Thatโ€™s why I put together this simple homepage structure covering the ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐š ๐๐Ÿ๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ž๐›๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ซ.

The purpose isnโ€™t to fill every section with content. Itโ€™s to create a clear path:

But this is

There is no universal homepage structure that works for every B2B agency. The right structure depends on your business model, target audience, service complexity, sales cycle, positioning, and most importantly, what your users need to know before theyโ€™re ready to take the next step.

Save this framework but remember to use this as a strategic starting point, not a checklist.
