I don’t think I could have made it without all your love and support. I really appreciate each and every one of you. I’m so happy and I hope I set a good example for others to believe that “Dreams Come True”. Thank you again and I will continue to support those who are passionate in what they do. 😘😘

A 10K last Sunday gave me ideas.

By Monday the goal was sub-20.
By Saturday morning the plan was
”stay behind the guy who runs 19.“

I stayed behind him for three kilometers.
Then he left, and I remembered
I had never actually run under 21.

Today I did. 20:32.
And won my age group doing it.

Greed worked out this time.

You don’t need a vacation to feel alive.

You don’t have to go somewhere special to make a day meaningful.

Sometimes, the beauty is simply in enjoying the days you’ve been given and making the ordinary feel worth remembering. by @ujae_

What makes a perfect morning?

A great cup of coffee.

That’s all.
