All female take over of the epic UK Colab Around the world in 80 artists show on the 19th of May.
All female paint jam, Stand up comedians, Dj. Artists stalls and performers . Something for everyone

Event runs from the 5th of May to the 22nd of May with various pop up one day events happening through out the 2 week long main show running on the floor above.

Get your tickets while you can for the epic opening night from 7pm until 4am
running from 7pm until 10pm is a mix of creative performances from live music to spoken word, beatboxing, performance art, folk , opera, cabaret and much more,
and then from 10pm until 4am the DJ's hits the decks with the likes of DJ Royalty Trevor Fung, a true legend of the club scene and 5 other DJ to be announced very soon including a couple that play with Trevor sometimes 😀

My mate scotty pops up in the most unlikely of places...........
In this photo he is laying on a cafe table in Brixton with the group Alabama Three and some of our other friends all eating their fried breakfast off of him naked apart from his pants :)

This photo is a piece by artist Araba Ocran and is a wry look at the practise of Nyotaimori (女体盛り, "serve (foods) on the female body"), often referred to as "body sushi", is the Japanese practice of serving sashimi or sushi from the naked body of a woman

And we are super pleased to have 3 of Araba amazing sculptures in our UK COLAB around the world in 80 artist's show :)
They will blow your mind how real they look and feel :)

Araba has been the head set designer for Pixar studios, and produce sculpture and artists for a wide range shows and films in the television and film world, and is a hugely talented artist.

So don't miss out on the chance to see more of her amazing work and to find out more about the artist herself :)

"Cuban Serenade"
Acrylic on A3 280gsm recycled paper,

Have had to change the tape a few times on this one as messed up a few times getting paint from the tape on my hand and putting it on the picture but was easy fixable and really happy with how this come out.
And it already has an new owner looking forward to receiving it in this really nice gold ornate guilt frame with cream mount I found for it. Hopefully the frame will enhance the feeling and compliment the warm colours in the piece.
Hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I enjoyed creating it

Happy new year everyone :)
I thought i would wish the new year in with a poem i wrote this morning and a piece of my new art :)

Should immortal love always be our guide?
A poem by Adrian Ekenhall

Should immortal love always be our guide?
Must this be so?
As to feel this you must drop your veil and look unto the stars,
And believe that our destinies are not already drawn in the sky,
Memories may adorn the whispers in our minds,
But if we draw them out from the shadows and breath new life.
Can our memories change?
Memories to come as well as memories already been?
Memories breath temptation,
Temptation to dream,
Temptation to feel,
But Is temptation any more real than the feelings guiding it?
A false impression of what might come.
If we submit to our primal desires.
Temptation of the flesh so sweet a taste it leaves,
One that lingers like the smell of spring sprouting from new blooms,
One that distorts our realities.
Battling to keep a clear head and heart,
To stay focused,
A challenge in its self?
Or just an illusion of choice?
Are we not just slaves to emotions we pretend to have control of?
Thinking we are in control and instead floating powerlessly along for the jaunt.
Trying to make sense and pretend was our choice,
Whatever your journey we are not merely passengers along for the ride,
But are our own fate sealers.
Escape the illusion and be true to yourself,
Questioning the pre-chosen narrative that you think is your path.
And instead lay a path anew.
Leave lights for others to follow if they wish
But if travelling alone even when darkness comes,
Do not turn back,
As without the darkness we can not truly appreciate the light,
Push forwards and light your own way.
Until you arrive at your own destination.
If not this,
Then what is life all about?

Grab 2022 by the cahooners and go for it,
What have you got to lose ?
Happy new year everyone x

This is an amazing collaboration between the legendry Talent of Marc Craig and Tamalyn Iahu, this piece was in our launch show and is certainly a statement piece

Marc Craig is a street artist based in London who works primarily with large scale murals, both on his own and as part of the street art collective Psychdodoodlz which he also founded in 2015. He has a broad range of creativity working within the disciplines of textiles, graphics, photography, sculpture and ceramics. He also has teaching experience both in the UK and USA.
He enjoyed a successful year in 2015 which included him live painting at the Flux Exhibition at The Royal College of Art and (working as part of Psychodoodlz) taking a 30ft banner mural to exhibit in the Tate Britain, which also saw Pscyhodoodlz help lead members of the public in creating a memory mural as part of the 'Mission to the Land of Misplaced Memories'.
In 2016 Marc completed 45 murals and was filmed for a Guinness advert in Leake Street which was launched in 2016. He also along with some of his fellow artists worked on the enormous mural for the Wahacca Day Of The Dead celebration and he has had his individual work exhibited in locations such as Chelsea and Mayfair. Other projects included being filmed with Chef Nic and Maggie Cheung as part of the episode based in London and lastly he worked on the promotional mural for the Coppafeel charity event at The Vans.

Tamalyn is a mixed media, visual artist who likes experimenting with different mediums including oils, neon, sculpture and wax. Having studied at both the Chelsea college of art and design and the glasgow school of art she is heavily inspired by radical feminist Mary Daly and her sister's work in Iraq helping refugees. Initially she started drawing Shibari in an attempt to become more fluid with the paint but was instantly captivated by the beauty of the poses of Shibari models and the intense emotional connection between the rigger and the model.

These series of self-portraits were done in a moment where i was compelled to use the energy of my emotional state to good creative use. They always say better out than in and being human means that sometimes I have to deal with rough waters in my inner being.
Uncomfortable yes but it always makes for great art,
liberated art and honest art.
Gloss paint has an enviable quality of being both free and distinct as it is placed on the paper.
Rough and chaotic but always it settles in a quiet but powerful repose.
It is one of the few art mediums I know that allows for this wonderful contrast.
Even the smell is invigorating and yet repelling at the same time. A good representation of the mindset of Ego versus egoless (The Universe).
Is it the black the I am drawing with or is The Universe drawing with negative (white) space.
From nothing comes something (emotion) and this process was an attempt to capture that experience.

Marc Craig is a highly sought-after British street artist who has gained considerable recognition in the UK over the last couple of years.
He has painted murals at a range of esteemed venues,
including Tate Britain, the Royal College of Art, UBS and the Banksy Tunnel in Leake Street.
Marc studied Contemporary Visual Arts at University College, Falmouth.
His signature style has become increasingly popular since his move to London.
In 2016 alone, Marc completed 45 murals and has recently exhibited work in Chelsea and Mayfair.
Recently, Marc was interviewed by BBC Spotlight for the 160ft community mural he completed in Falmouth.
He runs a creative collaborative platform called Psychodoodlz, which works with charities, schools and mental health groups.
And also recently created the WWW.CHOPPERCHUNKY.COM virtual gallery where UK COLAB held their launch show and which was recently featured in Forbes,

"I really don't care anymore"

Mark Fox is a self-taught artist based in the City of Derby, in the UK, and is now an internationally-selling artist. Whatever spare time he finds, he tucks himself away in his studio, creating art whilst listening to music... Normally any album by Pink Floyd. Loud. Mostly to the annoyance of his wife and neighbours !!

He has always had artistic tendencies from an early age, but spent many years away from the easel doing a wide variety of jobs. "The call of the pencil and brush", as he calls it, never went away, and now paints almost full-time.
