POSTS STORIES REELS

The UK Roller Skating Coalition is a community-led initiative dedicated to creating safe and inclusive roller skating spaces. We're developing qualifications and training for Rollerskaters.

Founded in 2025, we've spent the past year meeting with key stakeholders in Newham, our primary focus area, while supporting other skate space initiatives in London and beyond. We appreciate all roller skaters, event organisers, community groups, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who contribute to the community.

Introducing the UK Roller Skate Coalition 🛼🇬🇧

Run by skaters, for skaters.

This is about coming together as a community, for the culture, for the people, and for the spaces we all need.

For a long time, roller skaters have been moved on, pushed out, and left to make it work wherever we can.
But we’ve still shown up, built community, and created something real.

Along the way, we’ve been advocating in different spaces, working with local public authorities, cultural institutions, and corporations, and in conversations with decision-makers, making sure roller skating is seen, heard, and taken seriously.

Now we want to bring more of us into that.

More voices.
More visibility.
More staying power.

This isn’t exclusive, if you skate, support, or care about the community, you’re part of this.

Let’s build something that reflects all of us
