I tried out the instagrid 415V link up today and it’s fair to say you can’t tell the difference from mains input.

Ended up replacing the 10mm plate on the track system, 1000mm x 500mm x 10mm s375.

The old plate was removed with the Hypertherm powermax 30air and then re welded using the Esab rebel 205 AC/DC. by @uk_welding

3mm Aluminium laser welding.

This video was a follow up site visit to a customer who purchased 2 x laser welders, we got them set up to run aluminium.

Our follow on service includes machine, setup and operational training.

The results were outstanding, it’s time for them to jig the job up and get these parts mass produced. by @uk_welding
