Choose your hard.
Life isn’t going to lay out a smooth, easy path for you adversity is coming whether you invite it or not. Every single day presents a set of challenges, and you don’t get to opt out of the struggle. You only get to choose which side of the line you stand on.
It’s hard to stay undisciplined and watch opportunities slip away, @Kennyelite That’s a heavy, crushing kind of hard.
It’s also hard to wake up early, put in the relentless work, forge resilience through pressure, and refuse to back down when everything in you wants to yield. But that’s the hard that builds strength, legacy, and victory.
It’s hard to fail, and it’s hard to win.
It’s hard to settle, and it’s hard to excel.
Both paths demand a price. One leaves you broken; the other makes you unbreakable.
Push through the adversity. Embrace the grind.
Choose your hard. Choose to win.

If it was easy everyone would do it. If it was easy why is it so hard to win a world title? by @uka_nc

Untamed Kickboxing Academy isn’t built for the average gym-goer looking to sweat on a stationary bike while staring at a screen. It’s engineered for those who demand elite physical conditioning, real combat application, and sharp tactical mastery without the fluff, ego, or wasted time.
Founded by Jon Barnard professional combat athlete, world-title holder, and enterprise systems specialist Untamed Kickboxing Academy brings a direct, high-intensity, systems-driven approach to striking and athletic development.
The Mission
To build resilient, high-performing individuals who dominate in training, protect their families, and lead with purpose. We strip away low-impact, passive fitness gimmicks and replace them with high-leverage striking mechanics, explosive metabolic conditioning, and iron-clad mental toughness. by @uka_nc

It starts today! Let’s get it! by @uka_nc

watch till the end to see the evolution of the #TigersDen. We went from training clients on raw concrete with zero gear to a fully locked-and-loaded facility complete with a custom mural to set the standard.
No handouts. Just continuous execution. Thanks to all my paying clients that help me along the way. You know who you are. Love you all. Big shout out to @robertovcz for the hand with the drywall.
Let’s hear it: On a scale of 1-10, how much does your training environment impact your mindset? Rate it below! 📈 #Untameable

The physical battle is won in the spiritual realm long before the bell rings. 🥊👑

I’ve learned that talent can get you to the stage, but your Circle determines if you walk off it with the gold. Before I made the walk for the World Title, my brother Mason sent me a message that shifted everything.
He didn’t just “wish me luck.” He went to war. He called the knockout, he commanded peace over my mind, and he reminded me that when you have the Kingdom in your corner, the pressure of the world has to bow to the power of the Word.
Mason, thank you for being the iron that sharpens iron. We saw the vision, we did the work, and God gave the increase. 🛡️
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.” - Matthew 18:19
Same God. All the Glory to Him. 🏆🙏✨

Proof that people are always watching the work you put in even when you don’t realize it. 💯
My postman literally circled the block multiple times just to confirm this was the house he saw on Vice TV. He saw the bare-knuckle world title win and wanted to pull over and show some love.
The best part? He mentioned the impact we’re making on the kids in the community. 🛡️👦
Charlotte is a big city, but the support is bigger. Shoutout to the hardest working mail carrier in the game for making my day.
Watch till the end to see the interaction! 👇
