A few moments from UK Elite Physique – 28th June. What a day. What a journey.I stepped on stage in two categories... and walked away with two class wins, the Overall title, and a Pro Card. Sometimes it's easy to look at the trophy and forget everything that came before it. The early mornings. The sacrifices. The self-doubt. The tears. The moments when no one was watching.This victory wasn't just about winning. It was about proving to myself that resilience always pays off. Every setback became a lesson, every challenge made me stronger, and every step brought me closer to becoming the person I wanted to be.I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and shared this journey with me. For my figure routine, I chose "Protecting My Peace." It's more than just a powerful song—it's my story.Every time I pose to it, I feel unstoppable. Fearless. Strong.Over the last two years, I have chosen me. I chose to heal. I chose to grow. The journey hasn't been easy. There have been highs and lows, moments when I wanted to give up, but I never did. I keep going—for myself and for my son, Samuel.Life has placed many challenges on my shoulders, but instead of letting them break me, I chose to learn from them. Every setback became a lesson. On Sunday, 28th June, I stepped on stage with UK Elite Physique for my second show of my second bodybuilding season.I competed in Athletic Figure and Women's Physique Debut, and I truly wasn't expecting what happened next...🥇 1st Place – Athletic Figure🥇 1st Place – Women's Physique Debut🏆 Women's Overall Champion💎 Awarded my 3rd Pro Card in my bodybuilding journey.As a natural athlete, it means so much to be seen, appreciated and rewarded for the years of hard work, discipline and dedication. I honestly can't put into words how grateful I am.Although this was a smaller show and the very first event for this new federation, it was filled with amazing people, unforgettable moments and such a welcoming atmosphere.A huge thank you to William for following your dream and creating this federation. Dreams only become reality because people refuse to give up.To your beautiful wife, Katie—thank you for your kindness. You are beautiful inside and out, and I truly enjoyed spending time with you backstage.Thank you to every athlete, judge and member of staff who took the time to speak with me, encourage me and share such kind words. Those moments mean more than you know.To my incredible son, Samuel—thank you for being my why. Every time I step on stage, I carry you with me. 9 Days Out...Long, busy day today. Sometimes it feels like 24 hours just isn't enough. But no matter how hectic life gets, I still got my workout done and spent time working on my posing.I'm trying to bring a new, more extravagant flow to the stage for my second show with UK Elite Physique. The pressure is on, but that's part of the journey. We keep showing up, we keep improving, and we keep pushing forward.I won't lie—I'm counting down the days not only to step on stage, but also to travel to Poland with my son and spend time with my family. I can't wait to hug my mum, sit with her, share my struggles, and let her take care of me for a little while.Bodybuilding can be a lonely journey. Chasing big goals is hard enough, but doing it while living far away from your family can be challenging at times. Still, I am incredibly lucky. My family supports me, believes in me, and keeps their fingers and toes crossed every single time I step on stage.For those moments when I'm tired, doubting myself, or missing home, that love keeps me going.9 days out.
