Limiting Belief
"A thought or state of mind that you think is the absolute truth and stops you from doing certain things."
"You can't do this, I can't do that...yada yada yada".
It's something that feels like....tasteless noodle.
••••
It has nothing to do with the illustration above though, but if you are still reading up until this point. Let me tell you something real quick, almost a year ago I'm having fight with this limiting belief about playing skateboard for the first time ever in my life
—they said I'm too old to play, I said I'm worried about my unathletic body, questioning myself "is that possible?...yada yada yada."
But guess what? I won over that thought and having absolute blast every single time I'm riding my board.
••••
I invite you to fight our own limiting belief—from other judgement or from our own mind. We dont dont need that and fugg that.
If you want it, go get it.
I have faith in you, you can do it.
Have fun.
