I'M RELEASING MY FIRST COVER ❣️ Upcoming Friday, the 28th of August. This one is very special to me. It was played at my mother's funeral many years ago, and she absolutely loved this song — she had it on repeat all the time. As you know, I share her love for the Latin genres deeply.

When I ran into a colleague a while ago and found out he was actually a musician who’s amazing at all kinds of percussive styles, I immediately knew I had to ask him to join me on this song.
So all the percussion you’ll hear is played entirely by him.
@musicusruben — dankjewel voor je prachtige percussie! And of course, a huge thank you to my friend and producer @iambrittnipaiva for mixing, mastering, and adding bass ♥️🙏🏼

If you want to support, please pre-save the song through the link in my bio. It really helps push the track once it comes out, and I’ll appreciate it so much 🙏🏻 Hope you’ll like it 🥹

Did I manage to make a perfect loop?🤪 Meh! Just letting you all know I am still alive. Recording a lot mostly! Working on the 5th song of my album as we speak✨ Great things are coming.

Gotta bring this baby to my dad tomorrow, he's gonna take her to Italy for me, where we'll be with the family from 1-9th of August. Figured I could finish some songs there. Also: my stephsister is getting married there😍 Gonna be amazing.

Anyway, miss and love you all🫶🏼 Have a good (almost) weekend♥️

La partida part II✨ We were working on this cover for a while, not exactly knowing what to do with it and which rythm to decide on😆 We even changed it a bit right before our performance. You can do so much with this song! We're exited to see how it will evolve in the next couple months😂♥️ #ukulele #music #ukuleleduo #ukulelemusic #monopolele taken in Monopoli - Puglia by @ukulele_mj
