It’s hard to put into words what ULead26 meant to me.

Our theme this year was “More Than Me.” The goal was simple: if we want to make an impact for Jesus, there has to be less of us and more of Him. This week wasn’t just about leadership—it was about learning to serve, love people well, and live for something bigger than ourselves.

First and foremost, all glory belongs to God. I never imagined, after giving my life to Christ at 20 years old, that He would allow me to serve in this way. I’m thankful to be just a small part of what He’s doing.

I’m so grateful for Cramerton Church and our pastor for believing in the vision of ULead and allowing it to serve as a ministry of our church.

Thank you to City Lights Church, Teamwork Missions, The Alter SD, and D328 Project for your continued partnership and investment in this ministry. Thank you to every speaker who poured into our students and to Connections Church, New Life Church, Evergreen Church, and Cramerton Church for trusting us with your young people.

To my Cramerton Youth—I love you guys. You embraced every challenge with incredible attitudes. Sleeping on church floors, long days, and late nights didn’t stop you from serving, worshiping, sharing your faith, and growing closer to Jesus. I’m so proud of each of you.

I also want to thank our ULead team. Most people will never see the countless hours, planning, prayers, phone calls, setup, cleanup, and sacrifices that happen behind the scenes. Much of what you do goes unnoticed, but your faithfulness makes a lasting impact on these students. Thank you for serving so selflessly.

Finally, thank you to my family for always supporting this calling. Melissa, thank you for serving alongside me, believing in this vision, and being the best ministry partner I could ever ask for. I love you.

My heart is full, and I’m excited to see how God continues to use this generation.
