The older I get, the less interested I am in hiding.

My body has carried me through every year of my life. Not always without pain, but always forward.

It deserves sunshine.

Snippets of our Gotland week☀️

The sea.
Listening to the waves.
Swimming.
Sunbathing.
Exhaling.

Falling asleep in the sunshine.
Toes in the sand.
Sunsets that made us stop, breathe, and simply take it all in.

Dog cuddles.
Ice cream.
Last minute self tape.
Laughing until our cheeks hurt.

Morning coffee and strawberries in the garden.
More dog cuddles.
Then, somehow… another ice cream.

Slow walks through Visby’s beautiful cobblestone streets, lined with roses.
Little independent stores.
A special thank you to Mojo for helping us with our outfits for our event about ageism.

Candlelit dinners.
Homemade pizza nights.
Quiz games.
Yatzy.
The kind of evenings you wish could last a little longer.

Meaningful conversations during Almedalsveckan.
The beautiful @lindexofficial & @wateraidsweden event.

Being a small part of the conversations around ageism—and standing up for the belief that growing older should never mean becoming less visible—left a mark on my heart.

This week reminded me that life isn’t only about the big moments.

Sommarkväll på @radissonblustockholmwaterfront … och oj, vilken kväll. ✨

God mat, vacker utsikt, härligt sällskap, Staffan Hellstrand på scen (!!!) och den där känslan av att man egentligen bara skulle gå ut en stund – men istället fick en kväll att bära med sig länge.

När livet bjuder på sådana oväntat oförskämt fina stunder blir jag lite extra tacksam.

För människor.
För musik.
För livet.

Beneath, We Bloom 🌱✨

Yesterday I had the honour of being part of Beneath, We Bloom, Green Little Heart’s regenerative runway presented during Stockholm Fashion Week. @stockholmfashionweekofficial

The show opened with a powerful reminder: we all share just one runway—the Earth.

The air we breathe.
The ground beneath our feet.
The nature that surrounds us.

A message that feels more important than ever.

Through slow fashion, craftsmanship, circular thinking, and conscious design, Beneath, We Bloom highlighted how fashion can become part of the solution rather than part of the problem. A reminder that the choices we make matter, and that caring for our planet begins with how we create, consume, and live.

The runway showcased an inspiring group of independent designers and brands, all helping shape a more thoughtful future for fashion.
Very inspiring 💚🌿

I felt incredibly grateful to be one of the models chosen by @greenlittleheart to help bring this message to life. I was honoured to walk for @jf_peace_design wearing the beautiful Bayeux Tails Coat in Reverse.

And to all the wonderful models I had the pleasure of spending the day with—sharing backstage moments, excitement, laughter, and the runway itself—thank you for making the experience so special. 🤍

16 months dye-free.

I’m getting grey. Like really grey.
And surprisingly… I like it.

If you had asked me a few years ago, I would never have believed I’d say that.

Because this isn’t really about hair.

It’s about age. About accepting that the years pass and choosing not to hide from it.

It’s about embracing it. About feeling lucky to be able to grow older.

We are not disappearing. We are not becoming less.

We are simply getting older. (And wiser).

Sometimes I still think about getting highlights. I know it would probably make my hair look a little more polished for a while. A little fresher. Maybe even a little younger.

But there’s something about watching my natural hair come through that feels right.

It’s not about giving up. Quite the opposite. It’s about honoring who I am — flaws, imperfections, silver strands and all.

I don’t feel grey. I don’t act grey.

I’m still curious, excited, dreaming, learning, laughing and planning new adventures. Still stepping outside my comfort zone. Still growing.

The only thing turning grey is my hair.

So for now, I’m staying patient and letting nature do its thing.

One silver strand at a time.
