We have 5 Leg Extension Machines @ultraflexgymdurham 💪 One reason being,that if the gym is a little busier at peak times,you probably won’t have to wait for a machine to fry your quads on Extensions 🔥 Another reason being,each Leg Extension has its own unique feel / features ✅ Myself and @cjmardon hand picked different machines from different manufacturers for this reason.Most “Commerical” gyms do a deal with one single Manufacturer/ Brand and simply focus on the getting the best deal / discount.Not @ultraflexgym 💯 Although the @ultraflexgym sites may look the same with the Red and Black Branding,and some machines being the same,this isn’t the case. Each gym has it’s own unique style and personality 🙌 Cybex Eagle - Cybex is known for it’s amazing Leg Machines.The Eagle is cable driven,with auto adjustable foot placement setting.No pin,and smooth restistance profile throughout the whole rep ✅ Prime Fitness - Angled slightly futher back,with adjustable cam so advanced lifters can adjust the resistance profile ✅ Nautilus Impact - I would class this machine as a beginner / user friendly machine.Not an incredibley heavy weight stack,and easy to adjust the load with the impact switch system on the stack ✅ Flex Fitness - This is an old school classic,which is hard to find nowadays.Centre driven cable,which just gives a different feel.Slighly heavier in the lengthened / stretched position,which is where you are the strongest,so make sure you get a deep stretch on this one.This is the model that @thedorianyates and @nastyleroydavis used in the infamous Blood and Guts 😡 Nautilus Generation 2 - This is true old school,and situated in the Hardcore Corner.Chain Driven,which just hits different 🔥 If you have any questions about any machine,myself and the staff will be happy to help.Please just ask at Reception 👍 #legday #ultraflex #quads #legextension #workout #gym #fitness #ultraflexgymdurham taken in UltraFlex Gym Durham by @ultraflexgym
