Right now I’m at a loss for words. The hurt I feel is something I can’t explain. I miss my mom so much. She wasn’t just a GREAT mom, she was a wonderful person, with a beautiful soul and an amazing spirit about her.

I miss calling her on my way home from work. I miss going over to see her and getting the biggest hug. I’ll miss her teaching me about life, but I’m so thankful for everything she instilled in me.

I don’t know what to do right now… but one thing she always taught me was to have faith in God. I keep asking Him why. I know we say “God doesn’t make mistakes,” but this feels like it has to be one. It’s like I’m stuck in a dream I can’t wake up from. Still, I know God don’t make mistakes, and He never puts more on your plate than you can bear.

Mom, I need you now more than ever. I love you so much. You’re the best mom a kid could ever ask for. I have so many memories running through my mind, of all the great times we had.

Tell Pawpaw, Granddaddy Smitty, Pops, and Granny Marshall and Granny we love and miss them too. Until we meet again, I love y'all.

It’s finally here.

Over a year in the making and I’m officially rolling out Kick-Start Your Training Business.

If you’re a former athlete, trainer, or just somebody who wants to get into the training game but don’t know where to start, this one for you.

I break down how to build your client base, maximize your sessions, sell merch, run your first camp, land sponsors, and really turn this into a business, not just a hustle.

Link in my bio to purchase.

You can also grab it on Amazon or download it on Kindle.

Let’s build something real.
