A hidden Japanese garden in Williamsburg, a sunlit courtyard, and zashiki-style seating on the floor. 12 pieces of chef-composed fish, each prepared its own way, plus 9 seasonings from around the world, with suggested pairings for each. And the Chirashi Tartare Don with ikura, caviar, and a golden yolk. 🥢✨

@ume.williamsburg located in brooklyn is a gorgeous hidden garden where you can enjoy a fresh omakase set served in the most creative way. i’ve had this place on my list for YEARS and it did not disappoint — everything was so fresh and i love the different sashimi and seasoning combos they invented. the japanese tatami style seating and natural lighting created an impressive vibe and the people were all just incredible. love this spot so much!
