Offline verification at Haffkine/MMC can feel stressful till you actually go through it 😭

So here’s a small guide from an FMG who recently went through the same process to help fellow FMGs avoid confusion, last minute panic and unnecessary stress.

Please note - I’m NOT an expert or authority, just someone trying to help based on personal experience. Processes may slightly differ depending on verifier and MMC instructions.

Main things:

* Arrange documents properly
* Self attest everything
* Carry originals + copies
* Reach early
* Don’t panic if others are asked different questions

Also remember every verifier works differently so don’t compare your process with someone else in the room.

Save this for your verification day & share with your FMG friends who need it 🤍

Choosing your FMG internship college? Don’t select blindly. 👀

Stipend, workload, night duties, leaves and actual clinical exposure matter more than just the college name. Remember, postings and workload can vary even within the same college.

Save this before choice filling & share it with your FMG friends! 🩺

A study timetable can only help if you actually follow it.

This timetable is based on the framework shared by Dr. Rajiv Dhawan (@entbyrajivdhawan) during one of his classes, with a few modifications from my side, including:
✨ A daily checklist
✨ Task tracking
✨ A simple structure to stay consistent

Huge credit to Dr. Rajiv Dhawan for the original guidance that inspired this version. 🙏

💚 Comment “TIMETABLE” and I’ll send the template to your DM.

📌 Don’t forget to follow @umm.uzzmakhan for more FMGE, NEET PG & INI-CET study resources, revision tips, and productivity content.

Your first ward round can feel overwhelming -but it doesn’t have to.

Most interns aren’t taught the little things that make a big difference: being on time, having the patient’s file ready, and writing down every order instead of relying on memory.

These aren’t found in textbooks -they’re the habits that make you a more confident, organized intern from Day 1.

📌 Save this before your first ward round.
📤 Share it with your internship group.
💬 What’s one ward round tip you wish someone had known before starting internship?

Internship teaches you medicine, but don’t let it cost you your health.

Somewhere between night duties, ward rounds, endless paperwork, and trying to prove yourself, it’s easy to forget that you’re a human before you’re a doctor.

The best interns aren’t the ones who never rest, they’re the ones who stay consistent, look after themselves, and show up for their patients every day.

Taking care of yourself isn’t being lazy.
It’s what helps you become a better doctor.

📌 Save this for the days internship feels overwhelming.
📤 Share it with a friend who’s about to start internship.
