We have always been fascinated by the power both food and art have when telling stories and preserving culture.That’s the idea behind our collaboration with MCA Chicago’s Dancing the Revolution: From Dancehall to Reggaetón, on view through September 20.At Tzuco, Chef Carlos Gaytán has created a Lobster Tostada paired with an Old Cuban.
