U of M CHAARG, you brought the ENERGY! 🔥💪

32 incredible women, one room, and a whole lot of FUN!

We had an absolute blast hosting the University of Minnesota CHAARG crew last night at Jazzercise Maple Grove! From the strength and sweat to the smiles and laughter, the energy was off the charts! ❤️

We love everything CHAARG stands for: finding your fit, building confidence, and creating community through fitness. Last night, you brought all of that to life!

WOOHOO FARRELL’S!!! We had a BLAST kickboxing + i know i got some of my midterm tension out 🥊 @fxbnorthloop has been such a central part of my CHAARG experience + they have SOME amazing student discounts!!

This week’s #umnchaarg member spotlight is Ellie Putnam!! Ellie is such a sweetheart + is one of our AMAZING small group coordinators!! She’s a Sophomore (its her 2nd year in chaarg) majoring in Developmental Psychology. Her fave workout is yoga sculpt + she loves the Grind (me and you both girl). Her fave snack is parmesan garlic Dots pretzels and a fun fact is that she lovvvves to ski in the winter!! by @umn_inchaarg

This last week our #umnchaarg spotlight was Evelyn!! Evelyn was in my small group last fall and she’s a small group coordinator this semester + she is HILARIOUS!! Literally one of my favorite people to be around 🤭 read all about her below

Major: Spanish
Where she’s from: Born in California but was raised in Minnesota!
Fave season: Winter (She loves to ice skate at centennial lake in Edina)
Fave music: mostly latino music, especially old/newer reggaeton
Fave workouts: dancing based exercises, like Zumba or Jazzercise.
Fun fact: Spanish was her first language!! by @umn_inchaarg
