We are thrilled to announce that we’re now part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge! Join us as we bring Golden Age Fitness to the heart of DFC, inspiring and empowering Dubai to get moving. 💪

Meet Coach Umar, the visionary fitness expert behind it all. From breaking ankles on the futsal pitch ⚽ as a pro footballer to breaking barriers in the world of fitness, Coach Umar’s journey is one of passion, purpose, and a relentless drive to make fitness accessible, fun, and impactful for everyone. With experience working alongside global powerhouses like Nike, Adidas, Red Bull, Hyperice, and the Dubai Fitness Challenge itself, Coach Umar brings his unique blend of expertise and energy to every session. 💥

Catch him live at Zabeel Park’s Kids and Teens Gym from 6 to 7 p.m., where he’ll be delivering our unique program tailored to inspire and engage young athletes. Later in the evening, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., head over to Kite Beach’s Lift Zone for our signature HIIT Pro Circuit workout—a high-energy session designed to push your limits with fun and intensity.

Umar’s approach is simple: fitness should feel like playtime, not work. His signature programs combine functional training with fun, leaving you stronger, faster, and more confident after every session. Whether you’re training for life or for sport, Coach Umar’s expertise and Golden Age Fitness’s inclusive approach will help you reach your goals and have a blast doing it.

But this is just the beginning. Umar’s vision is bigger than any single session—he’s building a movement across India and the UAE, creating a fitness revolution for all. And when he’s not crafting game-changing workouts? You’ll find him enjoying a Spanish latte or zaffran tea, always ready for what’s next. ☕😉

So, are you ready to transform your fitness journey and join the movement? Coach Umar and the Golden Age Fitness team have got you covered! 🚀 taken in Kite Beach Dubai by @umr7

Time to GO FULL HYBRID. Here’s a closer look of the Adizero Dropset Pro.

When you see me working out or running in these, make sure to take a nice picture 😉

Making sure the best elements were combined, this is the perfect combination of the Adizero and the Dropset. So you can run and train, and do both well at the same time, in the same shoe. This one’s for your next run, workout, fitness race/ anything else. Time to GO FULL HYBRID.
