Vegane Mobile Küfa | 24.07.25Heute haben wir knapp 12 Kilo veganen Eintopf gekocht und anschließend rund um den Samariterkiez und die Warschauer Straße verteilt.Heute war auch Eddy mit am Start. Unser zehnjähriger Graffiti und DJ Buddy hat mit uns Gemüse geschnippelt, beim Kochen geholfen und war die ganze Zeit mit voller Begeisterung dabei. Er wusste genau, für wen wir das Essen kochen, hat unheimlich viele Fragen gestellt und jede Aufgabe mit echter Leidenschaft übernommen.@lajoschi Ich glaube, genau solche Momente vermitteln Werte, die heute wichtiger sind denn je. Mitgefühl, Verantwortung und die Erfahrung, dass man mit den eigenen Händen etwas schaffen kann, das anderen Menschen hilft. Kinder sind von Natur aus neugierig. Wenn man ihnen Raum gibt, wollen sie verstehen, lernen und wachsen.Während der Eintopf vor sich hin köchelte, haben wir die Plattenspieler angeschmissen. Es liefen Techno und Acid von @hectoroaks und @bloodymary_dj . Zwischendurch gab es für Eddy die zweite DJ Stunde. Ein bisschen 4/4 Takt, Anpitchen und warum die Pegelanzeige besser nicht dauerhaft im roten Bereich sein sollte. Viel wichtiger ist aber, einfach Spaß an der Musik zu haben, neugierig zu bleiben und mit der Hüfte zu wackeln, wenn der Beat stimmt. 😄25 Jahre Altersunterschied. Trotzdem einfach zwei Kinder, die Spaß daran haben, sich auszuprobieren.Man ist nie zu jung und nie zu alt, um etwas Neues anzufangen.Ein herzliches Dankeschön an @svmidd und @cat.suesa , die in der Küche und später bei der Essensausgabe mit angepackt haben. 🖤😘Wenn du auch Lust hast, dich zu engagieren oder deine Kreativität mit einzubringen, dann komm gerne vorbei. Ganz egal, ob alleine, mit Freundinnen und Freunden oder gemeinsam mit deinen Kindern.Bei @creaid030 ist jede helfende Hand herzlich willkommen. Today, I had a very special visitor at work:a small, beautiful boa constrictor.It was the first time I ever encountered a snake as an animal,though its essence has long been familiar to me on other levels.Its symbol has appeared to me before,through people, through moments, through lessonsthat carried both wisdom and a subtle venom,a touch of instinct, clarity, and grace.To me, the snake represents transformation and renewal,the shedding of old skins, the quiet unfolding of growth,and the awakening of a power that had long been sleeping,now gently rising to the surface.The Ouroboros carries the same essence,the shedding of old skins, renewal, and the awakening of inner power.It represents the eternal cycle of transformation,where every ending quietly becomes a beginning once more.This encounter felt like a mirror of my own journey,a reminder that even poison carries wisdomwhen we are willing to turn it into healing and light.To complete the cycle, there must also be the death of the ego,a surrender that allows true rebirth to take place,where transformation is no longer an idea,but the quiet unfolding of the soul returning to itself.I feel healthy now,and the effect does not fade. ✨I feel rich and deeply blessed for all the wonderful souls by my side,those who support, inspire, and guide meas I continue to become the best version of myself.And for all the spiritual guides and teachers who have crossed my path,thank you for helping me remember what was never truly lost 🟡 by @un1que_one
