One of the highlights of our time in Barcelona was experiencing Casa Batlló in person. From the flowing, organic shapes to the intricate details inspired by nature, every space revealed a new layer of creativity and innovation. Gaudí’s masterful use of color, light, texture, and form transformed the building into an immersive experience unlike any other. Walking through Casa Batlló reminded us that great design is more than aesthetics - it is about creating spaces that engage the senses, spark curiosity, and leave a lasting impression. 🇪🇸 by @una_iad

Reminiscing about our time in Portugal and Spain - days spent immersed in architecture, interior design, vibrant colors, rich textures, incredible food, and centuries of history. ✈️ And just like that, our Spain & Portugal study abroad adventure has come to an end!Over the past 10 days, our Interior Architecture & Design students explored the history, culture, and design of Lisbon, Barcelona, and Madrid. Our last morning in Barcelona was spent the best way—starting with breakfast treats, wandering through the Gothic Quarter one more time, and making sure we had all the souvenirs we could fit in our bags. ✨ Then it was off to the train station and on to Madrid. by @una_iad

Our last stop for the trip, Madrid🇪🇸✨ Students spent their one day in Madrid soaking up as much of the city as possible! We explored Mercado de San Miguel, walked through the Royal Palace and its gardens, wandered around Plaza de la Villa, and got to see the city on a tuk-tuk tour. We ended the day with dinner together before heading back to our apartments to get ready for traveling back home! by @una_iad

What a way to spend our final day in Barcelona! 🇪🇸✨Students explored the Arc de Triomf, visited the breathtaking La Sagrada Família where we had a tour of the Nativity Tower, and ended the day with a catamaran ride on the Mediterranean Sea. We got to see iconic architecture and unforgettable views, it was the perfect way to wrap up our time in Spain! ⛴️🌊 by @una_iad
