I’m Cassandra Hamer.

I’m a creative architect, graphic designer, educator, author, business founder, and most importantly, a lover of Jesus.

I’ve spent more than a decade creating, designing, teaching, building brands, developing ideas, and figuring out how to turn the things in my head into something people can actually see, feel, and experience.

I’m the founder of @designelementary and @creativeplaygrnd , where I teach kids that creativity is more than making something pretty. It’s a way of thinking, solving problems, communicating, and seeing possibilities where other people might not. In short…. WE’RE SHIFTING THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE.

I’m also the founder of @unboxedtm , a creative agency and community designed to help people and brands bring their ideas to life. So any design or creative need you have… WE CAN DO IT!

From this I’ve launched @churchcre8tiveacademy a space for Christian creatives.

I’m a teacher.
A designer.
An author.
A creative strategist.
A business builder.
A Jesus girl.
A student.
A daughter.
A woman who has had to start over, pivot, learn, stretch, trust God, and keep going.

There are ideas I haven’t built yet. Books I haven’t written yet. Rooms I haven’t walked into yet. Children I haven’t taught yet. Businesses I haven’t built yet. People I haven’t impacted yet.

So if you’re new here, welcome.

And if you’ve been here for a while, you might be meeting a newer version of me. 👋🏽

Same creativity.
Same faith.
Same big ideas.

Just wiser, a lot more intentional, and finally realizing that I don’t have to shrink the vision just because it’s bigger than me.

We’re just getting started.

Im very content with hanging out with kids and teaching them all day, butttttt being the founder requires me to learn how to be a CEO or founder, whichever one you want to go with. @designelementary @creativeplaygrnd

I wrote my first of many books back in…. Idk.
I’ve launched 12+ more over the last year so head over to @designelementary for your kiddos parents and educators.

The goal is to combine the creative and education in a way that prepares kids for the future by @unboxedtm

TRUE STORY:
I've had some big ideas and plans for years but never executed any of them, simply because someone else was doing it. I mean YEARSSS!

I had to make the decision to get over myself and any fear attached to doing what I thought others were doing that was similar to me.

It's simple: I am not them.
They are not me.

Look at how many restaurants exist within a small radius of a mile... aren't they all selling good food? Are they not all in business? I have to believe that McDonald's is not in competition with Burger King. Similar business model, different business, both still in operation.

The faster we get over ourselves (fears, shame, guilt, pride, etc.), the quicker we can walk fully in destiny.
