In light of the recent ICE actions that took place in Maine this past week, we at SALSA believe it is more important than ever to keep our voices heard and stand together as a community. We will not allow fear to silence us.

We are sharing these resources and information to help keep our communities informed, safe, and supported. By educating ourselves and protecting one another, we can continue advocating for our communities and creating a better future for all.

Together, we are stronger. by @uncg_salsa

All our members, here to represent and celebrate our Hispanic/Latino Community!❤️🌎

Being Hispanic is more than where we come from, it is the story of who we are, the sacrifices that made us, and the dreams we carry for generations to come!

Behind every flag is a story. Behind every parent’s smile are people who worked endlessly, who prayed for a better tomorrow, and ancestors who dreamed of a life they might never get to see us live. We are the living proof of their courage. To be Hispanic/Latino is to carry stories that have shaped up today. It is to speak our language with pride, to celebrate our traditions, to share our food, our music, and our love. It is to remember where we came from even as we work toward where we want to go. We should never feel embarrassed of our roots.

We are proud. Unidos somos más fuertes❤️
