INU IKOKO

Some treasures are found only when we go deeper with God. In worship, He draws us closer and reveals the beauty and riches we can find in Christ.
This song came spontaneously, right there in His presence. And many of the songs on this album began in that same place, in worship, as God drew us in and gave us the sound.

To my beautiful @energize_music family, thank you .. We have walked this journey together for two years, through every moment, every prayer, every sound and every season .. To see us standing together again at the end of it all is such a gift. I’m deeply grateful for each of you, and for the love and heart you poured into this album. Thank you thank you

I can’t wait for you to hear what God has given us.

After hearing about how powerful @greatmantakit ‘s session was at Reboot Camp a few days ago, I decided to go see for myself.

But when I got to this particular part of his session, something was stirred up in me.

It is honestly not something I can fully explain. I just know that as I watched it in the middle of that night, the presence of the Lord filled my room. Since then, I have found myself going back to this particular part of the session over and over again. Because there’s just something tangible about it.

And the more I listened, the more I found myself studying what he was singing about.

He said:

“We have a Name.”

“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.” — Philippians 2:9 and “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
— Acts 4:12

We have a Name. JESUS!

He said:

“We have a God.”

“Be still, and know that I am God…” — Psalm 46:10

We have a God. The one true God.

He said:

“We have a Priest.”

“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God…” — Hebrews 4:14

We have a Priest. A Great High Priest who ever lives to make intercession for us.

He said:

“We have a King.”

“For God is the King of all the earth…”
— Psalm 47:7

“KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
— Revelation 19:16

He said:

“We have a Throne.”

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
— Hebrews 4:16

We have a Throne. And because of Jesus, we can approach it boldly.

He said:

“We have a Call.”
“Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling…”
— 2 Timothy 1:9

Then he said:

“We have a Horn.”

“But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.”
— Psalm 92:10
And:
“All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.”
— Psalm 75:10

We have a Horn. We have an anointing. We have strength. We have been exalted by God. by @uncle_abadi

A man of many seasons.

Different versions of me. Different rooms. Different dreams. Different battles. Same God.

Looking back at these moments, I’m reminded that no season was wasted — the wins, the waiting, the stretching, the becoming.

Some things I thought I needed, I outgrew. And some things I could never have planned, God placed in my hands.

Today, I’m grateful for the journey, for the people, for the memories, and for the God who has been constant through every version of me.

See as God don help me.

Here’s to another season. 🥂 by @uncle_abadi

I have been marvelously helped.

Another year, and my testimony remains the same:

God, You are my everything.

Through every high, every low, every answered prayer and every reroute, You have been merciful to me. You surround me with many victories, you have given me wonderful people to care for and those that care for me. I am here because You have carried me, loved me and made something beautiful of my life.
All I have needed your hands have provided. All I have I have received. If anything is working in my life it is you working it. I am super grateful. I can’t thank you enough. Jesus thank you, Holy Spirit I am grateful, Abba Father I love you.

My heart is full. My hands are open. My future is Yours.

What a God. What a God. 💜
