OPEN LETTER TO DR. ABDULFATAI AHMED ( @alhajiabdulfatahahmed )

Your Excellency,

We read with great excitement the news of the decision of Kwara State goverment to pay corpers in Kwara state N5000 monthly at the close of 2018 Batch C Stream 1 camp today.
We commend you for this sir and say a big thank you.

However, we write to humbly request that you extend this kind gesture to some Ex corpers who served in Kwara state. For those of us who served between 2015-2017, serving in Kwara state wasn't so palatable as managing the paltry N19,800 only was one of the sacrifices we paid for serving father land. Many PPAs complained bitterly of poor finances among other things that came with the economic recession of the time.

Additionally, we served wholeheartedly and contributed to the social development of Kwara in our various schools and with our Community Development Service projects. We respectfully call on our father, Dr. Bukola Saraki and our powerful governor, Dr. Abdulfatah Ahmed to accommodate us and #PayExKwaraCorpers the N5000 monthly stipend.
God bless the State of Harmony
God bless Kwara State
God bless Nigeria
Yours faithfully,
Moses Oyekan
