This merino is super soft premium 200 gsm fine jersey and is ZQ + OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified. ZQ certification ensures the well being of the merino on farms where this wool is sourced and OEKO-TEX standard 100 ensures no harmful chemicals were used in the making of this fabric.

The Jukebox goes home tomorrow! Here’s my review of the Juki 900B that’s been visiting the Phuncle studio for the last month.

This machine surprised me in ways I didn’t expect! I think I will eventually upgrade at some stage but for now I think I’ve got a good solid team in Bernie Bernina, Sergio Mendes the overlocker and Cordelia coverstitch.

My ultimate machine would be a machine just like my bernina that goes 2000-3000 stitches per minute, has the sewing area/ throat size of the industrial and the auto thread cutting functions as well as the flat bed sewing table, and if it came in a cute colour that would be perfection 👌🏼(@berninaaustralia please make this machine? 👀) by @unclephuncle

Sometimes you just gotta brighten up your wardrobe with a splash of colour 🧡

I think my favourite colours to pair with orange are black, purple (dark and light), light blues and brown.
I also love how orange looks in vintage colour trios like orange, brown and forest green (that combo is chefs kiss 🤌🏼)

Here’s a whole product campaign from start to finish in a slow fashion studio! During the development of the bags I found myself being challenged in new ways than I have been before (it’s been a journey!)

I had to learn new skills and different methods of doing things, I had to push through sampling disasters (which if I’m honest is never fun and almost always upsetting 😆) and use materials I haven’t used before but boy oh boy was it worth it!

I think the bags may be up there with my favourite creations in the Phuncle universe! by @unclephuncle

She’s here!! My very own (rented, for a month) Juki 900b, the Juke-box, the Jukemeister, Juki Jukerson (still working on it)

I’m going to take her for a spin this month and see how she goes, I thought I’d ease her in to studio life with going straight into a production run, a hit-the-ground-running type initiation!

I decided to rent one to see how I like it, because I do plan on upgrading at some stage and this is a great way to try it out and get used to it (as you can see, it took a little getting used to 🫠😅) by @unclephuncle

Shout out to my navy patent loafers and navy tights who are the MVP of my entire wardrobe.

ANYWAY, which bag is your fave? So far burgundy has been the top pick of the orders, I honestly thought the navy and black would be top of the list.

It’s been so fun to try and guess what colour an order will be for before opening it, I’ve been wrong every time 🙈 by @unclephuncle
