Guess what?! We are at time! Ticket sales are now open for the Preparatory Dance Program’s The Nutcracker Story for Young Audiences! Performances are on Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13 at 1 and 4 pm in the DeMille Theater on campus at UNCSA. This 45-minute, narrated abridged version of The Nutcracker is perfect young audience members. After the show, children meet the characters and enjoy a mini dance class and arts and crafts. Only the second day of classes, but the Nutcracker is loading! Today dancers in Levels 3 and 4 had the opportunity to audition for the role of Party Child in the UNCSA School of Dance’s The Nutcracker with production choreographer, Ilya Kozadayev and faculty member, Britt Gonzalez…such a special and educative experience for all! by @uncsaprep
