We’re excited to partner with PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT for PGSFEST2026 on September 19th!

Join us as we celebrate 15 years of empowering women through health, wellness, and community. Be sure to stop by The Court to experience soft-stretch release techniques (SRT) as well as recovery massages. I can’t wait to celebrate with the incredible Sweat Sisterhood!

Even with the time difference, had to lock into this event. Thanx @dr.tlesh for this. As a sports massage therapist I was blessed to learn from PTs, ATCs, etc. Thank you to all the speakers!!! A lot to process and a lot to take in but well worth it. @dr.tlesh gotta make it in person next time!! taken in UCLA by @under_pressurepr
