I firmly believe that your assignment is not only fulfilled in the pulpit, but also in the work you do beyond the four walls of the church. Our calling to serve extends into our communities, where we have the opportunity to lead, uplift, empower, and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
I am truly honored and humbled to serve a second term as Charter President of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Greater Bergen County Section, alongside a phenomenal group of women who share a passion for service, sisterhood, and community impact.
My prayer is that we continue to collaborate, educate, advocate, and serve with purpose. May we remain committed to preserving our history, honoring the women who paved the way before us, building a legacy of excellence, and creating meaningful opportunities for future generations.
Leadership is more than a title; it is a responsibility to serve, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.
Together, may we continue to build upon our legacy while creating a greater future for those who will follow.

When you serve from the heart, you never do it for the accolades or recognition. You serve because it is a reflection of your love, your commitment, and your desire to be a blessing to others. However, it is truly a blessing when others recognize your heart for service and honor you in such a meaningful way. ❤️
Overseer Tanya T McAllister, THANK YOU! Even though I was not physically present, and I had absolutely no idea, please know that I am deeply honored, humbled, and genuinely grateful for this thoughtful recognition. Your kindness and the love behind this gesture mean more to me than words can express.

Today, we thank God for 15 years of marriage!❤️

We’ve seen the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the difficult. We’ve walked through sickness, financial struggles, unexpected challenges, and seasons that tested us in ways only we truly understand. But through it all, one thing has never wavered…our love for each other.

Fifteen years later, I’m grateful for every chapter, every lesson, every laugh, every tear, and every moment we’ve shared. God has kept us, strengthened us, and allowed us to continue growing together.

When you serve God from the heart, you can trust that God will show up!

Jeremiah 1:4–10 “The Assignment Is Bigger Than You!”

I am forever grateful for every door that God has ordained and every opportunity He has entrusted to me. A heartfelt thank you to the leadership of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, for granting me the opportunity to share God’s Word.

My prayer is that we, as Kingdom believers in Christ, will remain rooted in His Word, obedient to His calling, and committed to keeping God glorified in all that we do.

God is calling each of us to embrace the assignment. Stop placing limitations on what God can do through your life. What He has called you to do may feel bigger than you, but it will never be bigger than the God who called you.

Trust God. Accept the assignment. Walk in obedience.

The assignment is bigger than you but God is greater than the assignment.

We are never too busy to love on and honor the **Matriarch of our family.** ❤️

Some call her **Mrs. Mitchell**, but we are blessed to call her **Granny, Aunt Moe, and GG!** 👑❤️

Brunch with Granny was a SUCCESS! We cried, we prayed, we laughed, we reminisced—and **WE ATE!** 😂❤️

But more than anything, we created a memory that I will forever treasure.

I want to encourage you: **Keep making memories with your family.** Make time to sit with your elders. Allow your children to listen, ask questions, and learn from the stories, wisdom, sacrifices, and history that shaped your family’s legacy.

There is something powerful about hearing where you come from and understanding that you are standing on the shoulders of those who came before you.

**God, thank You for moments like this—moments that remind me of who I am and whose shoulders I stand on.**

I am an **Intercessor because of my ancestors.**
I am a **Leader because of my ancestors.**
I am a **Kingdom Builder because of my ancestors.**

What they carried, I carry.
What they prayed for, I am walking in.
What they started, I am called to build upon.

**Today was a day I will forever hold dear to my heart.** ❤️

May we never become so busy building our future that we forget to honor the people who helped build our foundation.

**Legacy matters. Family matters. Love matters. And the stories of our elders matter.**

I’m in a season that has brought me to God with **many questions**.

* **Uncertainty** — learning to trust God even when I don’t have all the answers.
* **Emotional** — navigating the feelings that come with change, growth, and transition.
* **Selective** — becoming intentional about what, and who, I allow into this season of my life.

Sometimes God allows us to enter seasons where we cannot see the full picture because He is teaching us to **trust Him beyond what we understand**.

This message right here… **SPEAKS VOLUMES!** ❗️❗️❗️❗️

I’m learning that every question doesn’t require an immediate answer. Sometimes, it requires **faith, patience, and a willingness to trust God’s process.** 🙏🏽 by @undercoverboss_18
