I've always loved journals and lists.
Travel journals, reading journals… they help us remember the moments that matter. 🌿 They make it so much easier to organize ideas, memories, and adventures. Even this Spanish girl from Andalusia inspires me so.
That's exactly what inspired me to create my Hiking Journal for Kids – a place where little explorers can record their adventures, observe nature, complete fun challenges, and create memories they'll look back on for years.
I think it deserves a spiral binding so it's easy to take on every hike and write in along the way.

You are the captain of your own life, what's the best word that leads it- please answer. This is a family hiking blog and I help families to feel inspired to go hiking with their kids by providing guides, tools and ideas to make outdoor adventures easier. In this way, I want to turn hiking into a fun and stress-free experience to create meaningful moments. Get ready for new hiking trails and ideas.
I am from Croatia and a hiking enthusiast, especially drawn to a beautiful wildflowers. Over the years, alpine lakes have become my favourite places to explore.
In my bio you can find a link to the Hiking Journal for kids, where children can document their trips through drawing, writing and observing the nature. Also, I prepare an ebook with all the practical tips of family hiking trails in Croatia and other one for Europe.
And I'm an island girl in my soul so happy to see the boat in the mountain.

It's the pumpkin time and in Ludwigsburg castle near Stuttgart the pumpkin empire awaits you, you can already visit the world's largest pumpkin festival. It lasts 3 months, this year from 22.08. till 1.11.
I visited few years ago and there's more than the Pumpkin festival- you can explore the castle, pretty town of Ludwigsburg, even the Monrepos castle and nearby Fairy garden. Every season brings another festival in Ludwigsburg, at summer sand decorations, in spring Spring & Flower Festival.
Spice up your autumn destinations and try some sutumn delicacies.
