Roasted Garlic Sausage, Beer & Cheddar Brats and Traditional Bratwurst are some of our family’s favorites.

Farm fresh onions and summer squash from @flocktownfarm make this a quick and easy meal the whole family will love.

Nothing beats sausage and onions on a summer night.

Cooking up a few hamburgers in between the storms tonight. Burgers are slightly ‘smashed’ and cook up in just a few minutes. I always love the sizzle we get from our @blackstoneproducts griddle. Burgers are from our Scottish Highland grass fed cattle grazed at our farm in Pittstown. Looking to fill your freezer? We will have 1 quarter beef available next week. A quarter steer comes out to about 100 pounds. Or you can find out grass fed beef sold by the cut @undergroundfarms taken in Pittstown, New Jersey by @undergroundfarms
