Y’all…I did a thing! 😅 (I GOT A small TINGE of rhythm..just a TINGE THO, she said “to the right”..i went left…don’t judge me🤣)

Contrary to what people think, I’m actually SUPER shy…but I had such a great Saturday stepping out of my comfort zone.

If you’re in the DFW, don’t miss out on opportunities to meet new friends while getting healthy. I’ve been looking for more like-minded people lately and I think I finally found my tribe! 🖤

Huge thank you to everyone who made it such a welcoming vibe:
@baylorewalker
@tightenupwithtiff
@kneticrx_
@blackgirl.fit
@saddleupsundaze
@firehouse.gp
@purnoire
@haywirerestaurants (food was AMAZING)…service 5/10..& I’m a great TIPPER…soooo👀

If I forgot anyone, please charge it to my head and not my heart!

This isn’t a sponsored post — just genuine love because everyone involved was so kind and encouraging.

There are still more weekends dedicated to the ladies for #WomensHistoryMonth, but don’t worry…they show love to the fellas too!

So if you’re anything like me — a little shy, a little scary, but still trying to have a good time while getting healthy — come out next time and follow everyone tagged! 💪🏾✨ taken in Dallas-Fort Worth by @undermyowninfluence
