Our pop-up dinner with @underpressurewine reminded us exactly why we do what we do. Strangers came together around one table and left with laughter, great conversation, and a meal they won’t soon forget.

A special thank you to Jason and the team at @brushatl for welcoming us into your space, and to Adam and Juan for their exceptional work and love for their craft. And as always, to our friends of The Alden: thank you for continuing to show up for us with so much love and support. ❤️

One table. Two Latin American perspectives. One night.

@underpressurewine comes to Madre Selva for an intimate five-course wine dinner celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.

Under Pressure co-founders Juan Fernando Cortes and Adam Berlin join Madre Selva Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez for a one-night collaboration rooted in Latin American wine, food, and heritage.

Cortes, the first Atlanta sommelier to earn the MICHELIN Guide’s Sommelier Award, brings his Colombian perspective and a South American wine list rarely seen on Atlanta menus. Chef Mayra brings her Peruvian heritage and the Latin coastal cuisine she has built at Madre Selva.

For this dinner, the wine leads. Each selection is chosen first, and Chef Mayra creates every course to meet what is already in the glass.

The pressure’s on. We’re almost sold out, but we’ve got good news.

Wine first. Food second. That’s how this menu came together. Chef Jared joined Adam and Juan of Under Pressure and Chef Jason of Brush to taste through the wines, build the pairings, and shape a menu around what was in the glass.

Due to popular demand, we’ve added one final seating: Sunday at 8:00 PM.
