Mortadella n Burrata
I think this is the first time I’ve had mortadella tbh, I was impressed. This has got to be one of my favourites. I love pesto, I think it’s massively underrated. Paired with burrata, mortadella, tomato and rocket? Shefs kis
Enough oil? Wha ya reckon
Solid 27/10. Smash.

Should I get a toastie maker? Then run a mad series on elaborate toasties? Because lets be honest they’re lush and underrated

Chicken, Halloumi n Hot Honey.
Double smash. This really was perfect. I don’t think anything could have made this better.. potentially some caramelised onions. But I’m skeptical
Gotta rate this 30/10 easy. Yet again. Smash.

Fun fact; This was the first ever sandwich video I posted. This was on my main channel back in February.. little did I know I was gonna make an entire channel for them.. no ragrets
I do remember this was banging, will rate it a solid 15/10

Just incase you missed this the other day. Fish n crisp sando.
Elite scran. End of.
Side note, what do you think about the videos - the longer ones with the cutting and eating and the shorter ones where I just assemble it. Any preferences on which you prefer?

This went down a treat. Ham, mozzarella, tomato, pickles and rocket. What’s not to love?
It was half a sourdough loaf too, because I have zero shame when it comes to calories

Falafel n Hummus on a Sourdough Baguette
Now we all know it’s a winning combo. That need not be said. However, the roasted red peppers and onions I made for this were really one of the standouts 👌🏼
Overall this was a standout for bold flavours and balance. Exquisite.
Solid 20/10

Hot honey is actually such a belter. I need to use it more

It’s the combo you never knew you needed. Fish Fingers and Salt n Vinegar Squares
On soft white bread too, genuinely a sensational eat.
(I know it doesn’t look that great when I cut it in half, but I had been squashing it down very thoroughly)
Also, vinegar on fish fingers is a must.

Cajun chicken will always be a winner. I do also think cheese makes everything better

Bresaola, Basil and Lemon on a Sourdough Baguette.
You already know this was incredible. The star of the show was the onions. Caramelised in hot honey and balsamic vinegar, they tasted divine.
I also feel this is my first time trying Bresaola, basically posh beef jerky. I did very much enjoy.
This baguette really had it all, fresh, rich, sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy, delicate and delicious. A masterpiece if ever I’ve seen one
32/10

Ham N Swiss
Ham slaps. Swiss slaps. Salad for Helth. Toasted bread for crunch. Smash.
