The 3-dimensionally curved external glass balustrade matches the curved pool balustrade below, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but creates a seamless visual flow from the balcony through to the backyard.
Not to mention the very intricate process of also curving the top rail 3-Dimensionally!

Beautifully crafted by @sydneyglassprojects 👏

We love the dedicated wellness space at Headlands.
It features an integrated sauna, steam room, ice bath and open shower. Designed with glass partitions allowing each element to feel distinct while maintaining a sense of openness and flow throughout the space and extends to the new spa and pool.
Both we and the client are very happy with the result!

The finish line is in sight at our Bilgola Project! Perched on the headlands above Bilgola Beach, this major renovation is shaping into something truly special. A unique build where the design has evolved alongside construction, allowing for flexibility, creativity, and considered decisions at every stage.
Working closely with friends and fellow builders @zieglerbuild to design and construct this one collaboratively has made it even more special!

Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come. We’re very excited to showcase the finished product!

12 weeks and counting 💯🔥

A belated welcome to Mark joining the Underwood team! Our newest foreman.
Since starting with us last October, Mark has been a fantastic asset to the company, both on and off the tools. His attention to detail is second to none and he’s a natural problem solver. He also brings a calm, steady energy to the team, I’m not sure anything could stress him out 😂

Favourite hobby: Rock climbing

Phobia: Snakes. Being Irish, Australia probably isn’t the ideal place for that… but he’s pushing through.

We asked what his favourite style of work was: “Coming from a furniture-making background, it would have to be intricate, detailed carpentry work.”

A few progress shots from our Bilgola Beach Project.

We’re transforming this into a true luxury coastal escape, and it’s starting to take shape.

We’re looking forward to unveiling it scaffold-free. Stay tuned 👌😍 by @underwoodbuilt
