Asana Hues will be performing and selling his art at the UNDR STAGE tomorrow @riot_onthe_roof Asana will be displaying his own work, as well as leading a collaborative mural activity for all Riot attendees! Asana Hues is a visual artist from Coldstream, BC, whose work explores the patterns of nature, consciousness, and the inward journey through sacred geometry and contemplative practice. Rooted in Yogic and Buddhist philosophy, Western Esotericism, Alchemy, and his Celtic heritage, he works primarily with hand-mulled watercolours on wood panels, treating geometry as both a visual language and an intuitive dialogue with the unseen. Asana holds a BFA in Visual Arts with a Minor in Art History from UBC Okanagan and is currently pursuing a Master of Design. His work has been exhibited at the Kelowna Art Gallery, Headbones Gallery, Shambhala Music Festival, and Burning Man, and has been presented internationally through Harvard Divinity School’s Spirituality and the Arts conference and the Sacred Arts Conference at the University of Oxford. His practice invites reflection on peace, harmony, and the interconnected patterns that shape our shared experience.
