The golden nugget !

On its gold bracelet the ref. 5066J becomes more of a statement than on the rubber bracelet. The weight, the fact it’s an Aquanaut on a bracelet, and the in your face full gold look just screams at your when you put it on.

In incredibly sharp condition, with beautiful tritium hands and indices, this 5066J comes with its full set.

Wenger, Vichet, Gerlach, Atelier Reunis… words most collectors have heard, but might not always resonate with - what do they mean ?

Casemakers have sculpted and shaped the world of Patek Philippe since its inception - creating works of art on the wrist, mixing form, function, ergonomics and beauty onto the wrist.

@thomas_w09 has created a guide referencing casemakers, their stamps and notable references.

Can you name all the references pictured ?

Check it out in the Journal now !

A two-tone pink gold oversized Calatrava ref. 2482R with central second. It’s rare to find watches seldom seen and posted daily - this reference and dial is exactly that - a watch that sets itself apart and stands out in a sea of 96, 570 and 2509.

It’s truly an honour to offer this outstandingly well preserved ref. 1518 - the holy grail of Patek Philippe collecting.

This stunning example retains very crisp hallmarks and unrestored enamel - an absolute rarity for watches of this period.
