Courage is a funny thing because it really looks different for everyone.

Even though recently I've been feeling 🥀, I'm going to list the things I'm proud of myself for recently:
- Making it through each day with some kind of jokes still echoing through my personality
- Taking a more physical job to aid my health and wellbeing
- Being kind to people who disrespect me , and maintaining healthy boundaries

Living by the premise of Devotional Playtime is a lot about being brave. Letting go of looking stupid, or feeling the fool, and genuinely saying what your heart means. Posting the picture you're insecure about and making it all part of your growth!

Because life is too short to not back yourself. And it gets to be fun.

I coach people through a process of finding their own relationship playing in their creative genius. That means, writing a book - making it a sensual, releasing experience. Studying for a new exam - let's make a silly rhyme about it and commit to the version of you who gets to be successful with this academic achievement.

We move through the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realms to bring your ideas to life.
