Found peace in silence ✌🏽4am beach sunrise sessions🌅

Recently I’ve been struggling to sleep, my mind going at 100mph as soon as I closed my eyes.

Been overthinking a lot aswell.
About my past.
About the future.
About my choices.
About failure.
About success.

So what did I do?

I decided to give something I’ve never done a shot.
I got in my car drove down to the beach.

When I arrived I looked in front of me to see the most unreal view that brought me straight back to the times in Thailand, the one moment I was sat on the sand with not a single worry going through my mind.

Gorgeous scenery, no noise and the sound of nature keeping me company.

In that moment once again I felt free.
I sat for about an hour just staring into the far with a feeling of relief, appreciation for the view and being alive.

In that moment I realised that all those worries I had didn’t really matter, the past is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present 🎁

Message of the day :

If ur going through something, are worried, anxious or upset.
Take some time to do something out of ur ordinary routine, go for a walk, meditate, explore, get in touch with nature and remind yourself how lucky you are to be alive, healthy with food on ur table and a roof over your head.

A lot of the time we forget that we aren’t entitled to this.
Yet we still take life for granted.

If I was stood in front of my younger self and had any advice to give to that dumbass it would have to be to keep in the gym n stop with that on n off bullshit.

I always had this issue with going gym seeing results then for some reason I would slip again again n again.

Why? I’m not sure.

Could it have been the people I surrounded myself with? Maybe.

But in what world is it okay for me to blame people for the choices I fucking made.

End of the day u write ur own story, ur the one with the power, not ur friends, not ur family and most definitely not the fuckin losers sitting behind a screen and judging u for trying.

Remember ur body comes first if u want ur life to change start with ur body.

Once u improve ur physique and wellbeing everything comes with it, happiness, drive, mental wellbeing.

Ur key to the secret 🤫: stop giving a fuck, stop making excuses just get up n fuckin do it.

As always my people much love, stay healthy, stay safe and most importantly STAY REAL ❤️‍🔥🤝
