The Homecoming episode of LEAD UNI is live!

For more than 125 years, the Panther Marching Band has been part of the UNI experience, bringing students together through music, tradition, and a shared purpose.

This week’s episode features Dr. Justin Mertz, Associate Director of Bands and director of the Panther Marching Band. Justin shares what leading the ensemble has taught him about building culture, creating belonging, setting high standards, and helping people grow.
