✨ Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏾🎁 ✨

Our hearts are so full after our 7th Annual Toy Drive To The Basket 💜

Because of YOU, we were able to bless 120+ kids with toys & stockings, host a joyful holiday carnival, offer a free youth clinic, charity basketball game and serve 304 hot meals to our community. 🎁🎡🏀🍽

Huge thank you to our donors, volunteers, attendees, youth participants, and the amazing organizations who partnered with us to help make this day so special. Your love and support truly made the magic happen.

May this season bring happiness and peace to you and your loved ones. We can’t wait to come together again for the 8th Annual Toy Drive To The Basket! 🎄✨💜

This is what community creating change looks like for us.
 For some, it’s showing up with time. For others, it’s giving what they can. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to care.

Pass It 4WARD is the nonprofit arm of 4WARDMVMT — a space where resources, knowledge, and access are shared intentionally, so the support we receive can be passed forward to others.

This season, we had the privilege of joining the 7th Annual Drive to the Basket Carnival with @nograyareasfoundation and @unifiedic — our second year returning to serve.
Together, we supported more than 100 families across South Central LA and the surrounding areas. Passing 4WARD new clothes, shoes, bags, equipment, and the simple joy that comes from giving.
Community creates change.
 And every act — small or big — matters.

Basketball is more than a sport…. it’s a lifeline, a mentor, and a doorway to new possibilities!

Our 7th Annual Toy Drive To The Basket Holiday Carnival isn’t just about giving gifts, it’s about pouring into our kids on and off the court!

It is an honor to partner with The Reshanda Gray and her nonprofit, @nograyareasfoundation to keep pouring into our youth year after year!

🎁 7th Annual Toy Drive To The Basket Holiday Carnival 🎄

Saturday, December 6th, 2025
⏰ 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

📍 Washington Prep HS - Los Angeles, CA

This event is close to home for founder Reshanda Gray, bringing the community together through basketball, Toys, and holiday spirit.

We’re collaborating with Unified In Community for a free basketball clinic and charity game, and proudly partnering with Project Educate plus many respected organizations to bring love, resources, and holiday cheer to our youth and families.

✨ What’s Happening:
• 🍔 Free In-N-Out
• 🎄 Free toys, letters to Santa, photos with Santa & raffles
• 🏀 Youth Basketball Clinic (LaSanta)
• 🏆 3-on-3 Tournaments
• ⭐ Charity Basketball Game

As you know our 7th Annual Toy Drive to the Basket Holiday Carnival is on the way! Which means it’s time for you to get ready for a full day of hoops, holiday cheer, and community fun!

Here’s how we are going to run the play on Dec 6th:

1️⃣ LaSanta Basketball Clinic – FREE for the little ones!
👶🏽 Baby Ballers (6 & under)
📚 1st–5th Grade Students
Check-in at 9:30AM | Doors open at 10 AM

2️⃣ LaSanta is bringing @thebridgehoops open runs to the event! Be sure to follow The Bridge Hoops for future open run events.

🏀 Middle School – 11:15AM
Check-in at 10:45AM
🏀 High School – 12:30PM
Check-in at 12:00PM

3️⃣ LaSanta Charity Game – Grinch Gang 🆚 Top Elves
Tip off is at 2 PM | 🎟️ FREE ENTRY | 🎉 Surprise Raffles

Our WHY! #supportouryouth

Since partnering with Reshanda Gray, Founder of @nograyareasfoundation we have discovered so many overlooked facts about growing up in South Central LA.

Did you know nearly 98% of students at our host school, Washington Prep, live below the poverty line?

Families in this area have less than 1 acre of green space per 1,000 people, and over 80% of students rely on free or reduced lunch.

Toy Drive To The Basket Holiday Carnival brings joy, mentorship, physical activity, and community resources to hundreds of children who often lack safe spaces and emotional support.

We are increasing our efforts in making you aware this year, because WE NEED YOUR HELP… now more than ever. The way things are going in this country our kids can really use your support this holiday season.

- Volunteer opportunities (4AM-5PM time slots available)
- Vendors (for profit and nonprofit resources)
- Send us a DM if you’d like to donate (monetary or inkind)
