A much needed refresh of a main bathroom which we undertook in 2 stages. Firstly the shower was replaced and refitted with a new tray, shower moisture resistant boards, thermo bar/shower head & screen .
Then it was time for the rest to be refurbished, all new flooring, bath, re skim, sink unit & toilet. With some panelling to break up the moisture resistant boards painted in @farrowandball Dimity wood paint . Inline extractor installed for moisture control. Towel rad to be fitted this coming week which will finish it all off nicely!
Flooring was Karndean LVT.
Unit & taps from @bandq_uk .
Bath from Plumbworkz, Rhuddlan.
Thanks to @elwyheating for the 1st fix plumbing & @louiswilliamselectrical for the electrical works.

Mega difference - resin overlay to make an impact on front & rear entrance to a property! It’s made such a difference, it’s tidy, feels more spacious and looks the 🐝.
A good clean down was needed, primer, mesh cut to size & off we went with laying the resin.
Customer colour choice - Abbey Lodge
Product choice - @vubaresinproducts .

What a space we’ve created - from two big stumps and a lost part of the garden to a beautiful place to enjoy! This is going to look even more exceptional once it’s all planted up with roses & other plants. Raised planters built up of timber sleepers, all lined with membrane and treated for longevity. A wiggly path has been created with cobble edgings along with random slabs & golden gravel infill. Finished off with 40mm green slate infills in the main area & a couple of seats made either side to enjoy the space along with an arch installed. taken in North Wales by @uniq_build

A before & after of our latest bathroom fit out, all new setup but with a similar layout! The new fluted back to wall bath creates a lovely feature & it’s accompanied with a fluted sink unit too.
All brass bathroom components including concealed taps to create a sleek & clean approach to washing.
All works carried out by us to finish the room, 1st fix plumbing by Wainwrights plumbing. Granite skirtings supplied by @rubygranite .
With a lick of paint to finish it off and some decorations this room is complete. #bathroomreno #bathroomremodel #bathroomgoals taken in North Wales by @uniq_build

A recent job completed which included laying 65sqm of Porcelain tiles to wrap round an extension, lots of cutting, a rounded front edge which was bull nosed to finish & many drains to cut around. Will do a post of some before pictures & after, made a big difference to the space. The side steps are to be completed once the rest of the garden has been landscaped.
It sure was a challenge to do in the heat but very nice to have dry sunny days everyday while on the job.
All tiles slurry primed, 100mm of MOT base compacted, all grouted up using Resin based grout from Kerakoll.

A natural limestone floor laid with underfloor heating - lots of preparation went into finishing this floor. Removal of old floor & high spots, lots of self leveller, insulated backer boards, heated matting & tiles to finish the layering system! We installed & tiled the bathroom earlier in the year so continuing into the kitchen/utility was a privilege to undertake 👌🏻 skirtings will finish this floor nicely 🔥 #limestone #tiling #kitchenrenovation #modern #flooring taken in North Wales by @uniq_build

What a scorcher, results of what we set out to do are on fire & the weather while we completed the work was mega HOT! ☀️🔥
The works included the removal of an unused hot tub, some nice screening made from 4” posts with a nice curve & 30 degree angled tops! A full patio jet wash, filled in the area missing slabs after the hotub was removed along with a re joint with jointing compound. A nice bit of lawn edging & golden gravel to finish 🤩 what a stunning area to enjoy a cold one on a swing chair in the sun 👌🏻😎 #landscape #sculpture #patio #build taken in North Wales by @uniq_build

Full WREN kitchen fit with inset profiles, start to finish.
A four sided kitchen elevated the space in this room, with larder unit to accommodate the oven, microwave & grill. Black & grey with a touch of pink to brighten the space.
All plumbing & electrics renewed for appliances & sink, re skimmed the ceiling & installed fresh flooring. The laminate worktops had an amazing finish, all jointed using the correct method.
We loved transforming this kitchen from old & tired to new & modern.
Diolch I @louiswilliamselectrical am y gwaith trydanol, @brenigwyn efor worktops & to Will at Elwy heating for the plumbing work.

A pleasure to complete another room, tidied up all pipework so it’s hidden, fresh ceiling, spot lights, extractor fan & ofcourse renewed all bathroom components. Put together neatly, properly & now its ready for daily use.
