“Straight out of Medellín, Colombia – KILLABEATMAKER are coming to Unit 45.

This incredible live trio fuse traditional Colombian rhythms and instruments with electronic beats, deep bass, Afro-influenced club sounds, rap and beatboxing to create a thrilling live show.

Led by acclaimed producer and multi-instrumentalist Hilder Brando Osorno, Killabeatmaker have performed across Europe and the Americas, including an official showcase at WOMEX, with music supported by BBC Radio 1, OkayAfrica, Pan African Music, Branko and Kampire.

Joyful. Hypnotic. Pretty much impossible not to dance to. This is something truly special coming to Redhill.

Don’t miss it!

Redstart Community
Redstart Community CIO is a charity founded by its trustees with the purpose of bringing grassroots live music back to the Redhill, one gig at a time. Operating for just over 18 months, the charity has built an avid local following for our legendary Mall Sessions.

Unit 45 is Redstart Community’s new venue. Based in the heart of Redhill town centre, the venue is fast becoming a hub for live music and the community in the area. It’s is the only proper music venue that welcomes all ages (under 14s accompanied by an adult), which means it is a magnet for young music fans across the county.” by @unit45_redhill

SATURDAY JUST GOT LOUDER! 🔥

Saturday’s Mall Sessions line-up is complete and we’ve got two epic bands joining @soakedband at Unit 45.

⚡ @clairvoyantbanduk
Big melodies, big guitars and classic rock DNA. Taking inspiration from The Beatles, Oasis and Led Zeppelin, this five-piece bring their own fresh energy to some seriously timeless influences.

💀 @overseer_band
Coming up from Worthing and bringing something altogether heavier. Sludge punk drawing on Eyehategod, Acid Bath, Black Sabbath, Electric Wizard and Black Flag. They’ve had a summer of setbacks, but they’re back – and apparently heavier than ever. We are VERY ready for this.

Three bands. Three very different sounds. Somehow it all works!

THE MALL SESSIONS ARE BACK! 🔥

New home. Same mission. Brilliant new bands. Loud. Live. Up close. Just how we like it!

We’re kicking off the next chapter of our legendary indie and alternative nights at Unit 45 with Southend troublemakers @soakedband .

Raw punk energy, massive indie hooks and full-throttle rock ‘n’ roll chaos, Soaked have been tearing up stages across the UK and Europe, supporting the likes of The Libertines, Skegss and The Molotovs along the way.

And now they’re coming to Redhill. 💥
