One of our favorite memories before opening Unit 605 in #elyu. 🧡

We first came across Ms. Nilda through a YouTube video back when she was the President of the Bacnotan Beekeeping Association.

We got curious because we really wanted to incorporate local ingredients into our menu, so we reached out and drove to Bacnotan to meet Ms. Nilda and Ms. Lani. They welcomed us into their home, shared stories about beekeeping, sent us home with bottles of their raw honey, and even gifted us a basil plant. 🌿

Fast forward to today, it’s still the same raw Bacnotan honey we use in our Bacnotan Honey Latté, Papa Pancakes, and Beef Sirloin Tapa. If you’re lucky, you might even catch Ms. Lani personally delivering our honey to the shop (one of our Google reviewers actually did 😊). We also carry their honey in both our La Union and Manila shops so more people can support their small business.
