MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS

Come join us August 1st for MUAY THAI 101 our first course in our 5 course series.

The first course is a focused 4 week program on footwork. It will focus on:

• The foundation of movement
• Stance
• Balance
• Movement when striking
• Movement when defending

A great chance to learn and drill basics, progress faster and have more confidence in your movement. Open to all levels and gyms.

Where: United Thai Boxing and MMA
When: August 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd at 9am
Cost: $100 per course

👀 What an experience we had with The Great @phetjeeja at @venumtrainingcamp !! 🔥🔥
It came full circle as Fighter @ai_the_amazon and Coach @tk1aka saw Phetjeeja's @onechampionship title fight in @lumpineeboxingstadium to having a personal training session with her 2 weeks later.

Feeling full. I got some great experience against a seasoned pro fighter out of Australia. @_tah_lia_ thank you for sharing the ring with me and good luck next month on your WBC pro title fight.

Everyone near and far thank you as always for all the love and support in my crazy fun adventures. Thank you so much to my team. I can’t thank you enough. I step in the ring alone but I always know no matter the result I step out to people that love and care about me. Got a lot of work to do but I’ll be back.
