We are very excited to share that our brother @michelesanna_drums just finished recording the drums for our second album achieving not only fantastic and absolute killer performances in every song but an amazing sound of those drum recordings! We had the pleasure of working with Michele in our separate instrumental project named @thewisdomtreeband and having him once again on songs that are very special for us for this album is something that we feel honored about. Michele is a dear friend besides a phenomenal drummer and we are very happy with having him on these new songs. This are good news to start the year with some important steps forward and towards the completion of this second album that has taken years to matute itself into form, hut it worth to mention that we are very proud of the results we are listening so far and we can wait to show more of the process. Things might seem quit sometimes but that doesn't mean we are not working :) Stay tuned for more 🤘 by @universalmindproject

"The Jaguar Priest" ebook is out! What a journey to write this book! its only 83 pages long, it can be read in half an hour! I am so excited about the book, while is very different from an album, its release is very meaningful close to my heart as well and I hope it be for you! While sitting contemplating a blank page ready to be written, I found a new passion for writing, similar to the excitement of writing music. I believe that you will find very intriguing ideas and concepts in the story. it starts with a chapter named; Xibalba and the return of "The Jaguar". Making a continuation from where Tha Jaguar Priest album ended and to where the new album lyrical content goes. Give yourself the chance to read it, you may find something meaningful for you. I want to thank my wife Kenia for her incredible work as the editor of the book as well as her invaluable contribution on this project. Thank you also to those who have pre order the album! you will receive a personal email shortly with a a download of the book, I sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as i did writing it! At the moment is only available in english, a spanish version is on its way! and I ll be sharing more about the book and its characters, so, stay tuned and get the book, you wont regret 😉 To order the book: www.payhip.com/universalmindproject by @universalmindproject

I'am excited to announce the pre-order for the release of "The Jaguar Priest" story in the format of an E-book coming out on October 17th.! The writings for this book came to me while writing the lyrics for the album I'am currently working for UMP and has been an incredible journey to see it come to fruition. I honestly believe that each chapter brings for the reader a narrative that is both mystical and perhaps philosophical as it is cultural and spiritual. I made sure to gear up to my beloved character "The Jaguar Priest" with all the tools necessary to bring mystique in the story, as in the same way is composed by incredible missions that he has to endure in order to be worthy for such gained wisdom. In the preface for this book, I share how the name "The Jaguar Priest" came to be, and why. I share briefly my passion for Mayan culture and also some of my talks with my late friend Charlie Dominici as I also share an event that changed my life after meeting with a powerful Shaman and how it is somehow related to not only to this book but my work with UMP in general. The story in the chapters for this book however, are not entirely about me. While I found incredible inspiration in creating some of the characters in the story that are relatable and very dear to me, I made sure that I don't limit the character of "The Jaguar Priest" to one persona, but instead, my goal is to enrich the character with a universal position in the story, if you enjoy reading books about philosophy, spirituality and a little bit of fantasy, you will enjoy "The Jaguar Priest" for sure, and you can pre order it now for less than a cup of coffee! Just hit the link below, and you are there! You can also message me directly and I ll make sure to send the pdf to you when is released! For those who follow and support my work, I want to truly express my gratitude in doing so. It is my wish to bring you as much art - music as it is possible. I am convinced that the words that you will find in this book, can serve as a catalyst that can lead to a positive transformation in some of you, at least, thats my intention with this book. In the following days and weeks, I will be sharing more by @universalmindproject

Finally exporting some files for Universal Mind Project 🤘 This means, recordings are about to begin for some musicians! I can't believe that finally after our debut album 8 years ago, I can see the outcome coming step by step closer for the second album from UMP Creating projects like these is a ride trust me, but I believe the wait will be worth it. While at the moment I am in a bit of a zombie mode due to a crazy schedule of work and activities, I cant help to feel the emotions of exporting files for a couple of musicians, (more about them soon) and it brings great memories of when we were creating The Jaguar Priest album. I also want to take the opportunity in this post to thank all who follow ump and for still listening our debut album till now days, it means a lot for me and it makes me happy that those songs make you happy. Good things takes time, and in that sense it includes setbacks, doubt, thoughts of quitting, hardships, sacrifices and more, at least has been like this for me sometimes. But those thoughts and emotions are only a small fraction in comparison to the good ones, it also includes growth, discovery of artistry, other unexpected creations such as The Wisdom Tree, great moments during the creative process of the songs, these are the ones I follow and once again, excited for this huge steps forward into the new album. Can't wait to share more with y'all! 🤘🙏🤘 by @universalmindproject
