He spent four years as Director of Marketing at KW Professionals before helping a local mortgage company build its brand from the ground up — and now he’s back in a bigger role, leading marketing across all three of our market centers. His journey started well before real estate. Terrell got his start as an IT Specialist in the U.S. Army, then found his passion for digital marketing in Arizona — building brands, launching his own marketing company, and even helping create a business loan fund that connected minority business owners to interest-free capital. That same drive to build and uplift is exactly what he brings to our agents. As VP of Marketing, Terrell will grow our digital presence across all three offices, teach classes, and share real strategy on design, ads, email, branding, and using AI to work smarter.
