🌍 World Mental Health Day 2025 🌏

At .UNLID. Dance Theatre, we honour the truth that behind every artist is a whole person, moving through the quiet and the chaos alike.

Movement connects.
Movement heals.
Movement reminds us we are not alone. 💚

In stillness or in motion, we find our way back to ourselves.

.𝙐𝙉𝙇𝙄𝘿. is heading to Hong Kong!

We’re so proud to have been invited to perform F5 at the WDAAP Conference and Festival 2025, but we need your help to get there.

🌏 Touring internationally is a huge step for an independent company — and your support will help us cover travel costs, accommodation, and artist fees, ensuring we can represent Melbourne with rigour, creativity, and heart.

We’ve launched our fundraising campaign to raise $5,000 for this tour. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference and helps us 𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙇𝙄𝘿 on what’s possible.

I’m deeply honoured to have received support from Kingston City Council through their Individual Grants program! This generous contribution will help bring my choreographic work to Hong Kong for the @worlddanceallianceasiapacific SWEAT festival this June.

A heartfelt thank you to @kingstoncouncil for championing local artists and helping us take our work to an international stage. I’m incredibly grateful for this support.

This grant is a vital step toward making the trip possible, and we’ll soon be launching an @ausculturalfund fundraising campaign to help cover the remaining travel and production costs—stay tuned if you’d like to be involved!
